NB: if the membership is given as a gift, the bathrobe can also be collected at Hôtel de Ville in advance, so the bathrobe can be given together with the gift
– Activation and future check-in take place at the reception of Hôtel de Ville
– The bathrobe is personal and is handed out on your first visit. The Hotel de Ville bathrobe must be used when visiting the spa. Bringing other bathrobes is not permitted.
– 1 towel is provided per visit. Please bring your own flip-flops if needed
– *Applies to memberships purchased from 1 January 2026, valid for 12 consecutive months.
– The membership is personal and may not be shared with others. In case of misuse, the membership will be revoked without notice and without refund.
– The bathrobe is a personal gift and will not be replaced if lost. Price for a new bathrobe: DKK 498.

– On sign-up, a deposit of DKK 498 is charged for the Hotel de Ville bathrobe, which is on loan for the duration of the membership and is used during spa visits. The deposit is refunded at the end of the membership upon return of the bathrobe.
